Dezzo Development Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Dezzo Holdings, specialises in the supply of goods and services for the development of state funded, low-income housing.

Created in 2001, the formation of the new company facilitated the merger of five separate trading entities, all of which were involved in the low-income housing market.

The formation of the Holding Company provided a vehicle to facilitate a meaningful Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) deal. At the same time, it also provided an opportunity to restructure the organisation in a manner that it is ideally positioned to address the housing challenges facing South Africa and the Sub-continent.
