Dezzo Housing, a Division of Dezzo Development Holdings, was formed in response to opportunities that exist in the property development sector. Started in 2000, today we offer a specialised service delivering Project Management and Property Development that caters for all sectors of the market – from RDP to upmarket residential housing to commercial, industrial and retail developments.

We aim to provide our clients with a total turnkey solution that delivers high quality developments at reasonable prices and we achieve this by managing the complex processes associated with land development. Our customers include both municipalities and external development organisations – and we are also involved in our own land developments.
