Dezzo Roofing is run with a select handful of administration and management staff as well as a dedicated team of factory staff. The business is run by Brandon Harding (Pr CPM, BSc QS, MAQS), the sales side of the business is handled by Vee Singh and the Quantity Surveying function is performed by Brandon Lee. Human Resources and Accounts are managed by Denise Jenkins and the production Manager is Naheem Shaik. The factory staff compliment is 25.

Dezzo Roofing has six roll-forming machines as well as a full cutting and bending facility. The production capacity of the factory is around 500 tons per month that equates to roughly 90 000m² of roof support material. The factory is 800m² under roof and a further 1000m² of yard and storeage space.
