Dezzo Roofing has enjoyed fair exposure to some select projects in this sector. We have had clients that are associated with quality developments including Grinaker LTA, Group 5, G Liviero & Son, City Lodge, Cousins Steel International and the Angolan Military.

The Dezzo system, for all of the above clients, offered substantial cost savings for the roof structure supplied. In most instances traditional structural steel was specified and Dezzo offered a lightweight steel alternative that proved to be more than economical. The hi-rise developments were particularly affected in a positive manner due to the lightweight nature of the Dezzo system. It allowed for quick and easy hoisting to the top floor that prevented any unnecessary interruption to the normal crane operations for other building materials.
